Dear friends and patrons,

Our last day at our current location is Sunday, October 17th.  We will be closed for a short period thereafter to move into our new location.  We will announce our new location and reopening date on this site and Facebook.

We are truly grateful to the Wellesley community for the tremendous support it has given us in the last few months.  We ask for your continued support as we transition to this new and improved chapter in our restaurant’s history, and encourage you to visit us this week before our relocation.

While we currently remain open for business, our restaurant is at risk of imminent closure due to an arrangement between Whole Foods Market and Gravestar, our landowner, to redevelop the property our restaurant has been located on since 1993.

Since we learned of this situation earlier this year, we have received a tremendous outpouring of support from the Wellesley community.  We would like to thank everyone who has supported our business over the years!

Our goal is to remain a part of the Wellesley community for the next 20 years.  To support our business, please sign this online petition created by our customers.

Tian Fu is still open for business

Welcome to the new online home of Tian Fu restaurant!

Contrary to some rumors in the community, Tian Fu is NOT closed.  Like usual, we are open for business seven days a week.  While our neighboring business, Star Market, will be closing in two days (July 24th), Tian Fu remains in negotiations with our landlord over the future of the restaurant.

We will post any updates about our leasing situation on this blog, so please check back for accurate news regarding the restaurant’s future.
